Papers are called from university academics, professionals, research fellows and research students in the disciplines of related subjects.

Authors are requested to align papers with the conference theme and indicate under which sub-theme the papers are presented. Papers should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other conference or publication.

Each submission must accompany a duly completed author declaration form. A soft copy of the declaration form should be sent along with your paper.

Submit your paper to ruichss_secretary@hss.ruh.ac.lk in MS Word format. In case of diagrams/ formulas developed in any other software that are doubtful to appear properly in MS Word, you may send a PDF version together with your MS Word file.

Full papers must contain the title of the paper, name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), abstract and keywords (4-5 keywords organized alphabetically). The main text of the paper must include the introduction, review of the relevant literature, research problem, methodology, data analysis, and conclusion. Full papers must not exceed 3500 words excluding references.
